Always popular, this traditional classroom based training brings an interactive workshop approach to placing diversity & equality at the heart of your organisation. Training will be delivered by 2 licensed/accredited trainers at your premises or a venue of your choice. We provide individual workshops on all of the nine protected characteristics or, we'll blend a workshop which pulls the whole diversity agenda together. We make the training "real" by tailoring the workshop agenda to align with the key aspects of your business, by focussing on the way you provide employment and/or provide goods & services to your customers. Equality Matters workshops will cater for between 8 & 16 students in either a 1/2 day or full day session.
