All Equality Matters courses can be delivered by Instructor Led Workshop or, by eLearning through our InterACT platform.
Our training takes a holistic approach. That is, our training content addresses both Diversity & Equality awareness and legislation. Students will benefit from receiving valuable guidance on Best Practice principles in dealing with colleagues and customers who are represented by any of the 6 strands of diversity. At the same time, students will receive essential guidance about the Laws which provide rights for people. Training is structured so that it is suitable for students from the Chief Executive to the non-management grade employee.

Religion Equality Matters takes an in depth look at the regulations and guidance surrounding religion in the workplace.

Race Equality Matters takes an in depth look at the regulations and guidance surrounding racial discrimination.

Sexual Orientation Equality Matters takes an in depth look at the regulations and guidance surrounding discrimination due to sexual orientation.

Single Equality Matters is a summary course covering all 6 key strands of diversity aimed at students who only require the basic knowledge to comply with the Equality regulations.
