Chris Pearson - Managing Director
Chris works with organisations at all levels but particularly at the stakeholder and senior management level to design and implement key change agendas and CSR initiatives to leverage business impact with employees, customers and suppliers. He has over 25 years senior management experience predominantly in the communications industry. He developed the 'assistive products' equipment portfolio as part of the award winning 'Including You' equality and diversity awareness programme at BT PLC. He is an accredited trainer for equality and diversity, sales, customer service, negotiation and presentation skills. He formed DDA Training UK Limited in 2000 and together with Keith Willacy formed the present company in 2006.
Keith Willacy - Business Development Director
Keith served in the Lancashire Constabulary, retiring as Inspector in command of the Community and Race Relations Unit. He led on the Constabulary programme for training on the effects of the Human Rights Act 2000. He then worked with the Association of Chief Police Officers, in co-operation with the Intelligence Service and National Special Branch in the setting up of a national team to address the 'prevent' strand of the Government counter terrorism strategy, with emphasis on community and race issues. He understands the Equality Act 2010 at working level and how the obligations are translated into policies and procedures. With Chris Pearson he formed Equality Matters Limited in 2006.
