InterACT

InterACT is the Equality Matters Learning Management System (LMS) which hosts our specialist diversity, equality and anti-discrimination elearning courseware in a secure & managed environment.

InterACT is accessed via the Equality Matters website and as a "portal" provides a controlled learning platform for our registered elearning users 24/7/365 from any computer with a web browser.

In addition to elearning providing the most cost effective training resource, we have created an accessible platform with InterACT which is structured to give our customers confidence and a flexible learning experience:

Student – has user access to diversity & equality news articles, their allocated course profile of any or all of the Disability, Gender, Race, Religion & Belief, Sexual Orientation or Age embedded in-course resources, their personal data and use of the unique Equality Matters Tutor support
Mentor – has devolved admin control for their company user group of students, course allocation of their students and access to management information reporting on their user group, as well as a personal Student profile if required
Tutor – has full admin control and management of all InterACT and course resources and on-line support from the Equality Matters side

Some of our customers operate their own LMS and may prefer to host our courses within their intranet training area. Single Equality Matters is a summary course covering all 6 key strands of diversity aimed at students who only require the basic knowledge to comply with the Equality regulations.
