Who Are We?

At Equality Matters, all our staff are totally committed to attaining equality and valuing diversity. We firmly believe that this should be equally as important to all businesses. Apart from the moral and social case, there is also a strong business case in promoting equality. Organisations that are committed to equality in employment and the provision of goods & services are recognised as market leaders and models for others. They also avail themselves of employee loyalty and immense customer spending power in the UK. It is generally recognised that the UK Government leads the world in setting down legislation to ensure anti-discrimination and equality is central to British society.

With many years experience of delivering classroom and elearning solutions, Equality Matters are experienced in helping organisations make sense of equality legislation so that it becomes an integral part of their strategy, culture and operations. Our training is purposely designed to influence the "change agenda" from the most senior levels in organisations. We believe that our courses are best suited to directors, managers, team leaders and supervisors, but equally we have designed our courses so that they are agile enough to provide key learning to all employees at any level.

We regard our services as Class 1 products because we provide training as "managed solutions". We set ourselves aside from other equality & diversity "awareness" providers by being up to date with changes to all the anti-discrimination Acts. Amendments, updates and even case law judgements are immediately translated into our training content on-line through our InterACT elearning portal. Many other valuable resources can be exported from our training programmes to give valuable and ongoing Return on Investment to our clients.

Our credentials are proven with a diverse range of customers in both the public and private sectors. We augment our capability by our strong relationships with such organisations as the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the Institute of IT Training and we are currently in progress to gain the Training Quality Standard (TQS) award.
